Hobbit Houses

Star Small buildings for the kids and guests.

These are not strictly Hobbit houses because Hobbit houses are not very practical as the doors are round and you will want more windows.  They are however underground with a grass roof.  Only the south wall is visible.

They are highly insulated with lots of thermal mass so provide a very comfortable environment.  The biggest downside is that they are limited to 200 sqft (as measured to the outside of the EPS).
